What if I purchase a vehicle that has an e-title and the title has not been released yet?

You may purchase a temporary permit with the following:

  1. A copy of the previous owner's registration showing the e-title status.
  2. A form TR-39A, E-Title Sales agreement, completed.
  3. Proof of insurance.
